This Spring Wheat has relatively short heads and awns, and a pleasing golden blonde color. Drop this dried wheat in a vase, or use these dried wheat stalks in an arrangement. Individual wheat stalks are easily separated, and trimmed with scissors as necessary.

Club Wheat has short and wide heads coupled with a few leaves. This dried grass, or dried wheat makes a unique accent, that looks quite a bit different from other styles of dried wheat.
