I was very pleased with purchase experience. I had submitted a wrong delivery address. I went in to the "manage your delivery address" place on your site and changed it about an hour after placing the order, But, when it shipped it still had the wrong address and it was too late. I thought it would take a day or so to get a reply to my email, but I received a reply within minutes and the customer service rep was able to help correct my mistake within an hour. I was very relieved! Thank you very much! (Of course it would have been nice if I could have changed it in your website.) The willows arrived to their correct destination in great shape aND good time. Thanks again. Kristie
