Was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw pencil thin heads. Picture is very mis leading as it show a large head. Very poor description of what you are getting

I purchased these as a replacement for the Dark Brown Dried Cattails that I originally ordered. The customer service rep was extremely helpful when he told me that the Dark Brown was out of stock. He was aware of the quick timeframe that I needed them and responded quickly. I am grateful for the help and very pleased with the product.
