The Baby's Breath was very pretty, but they were not white at all, more cream colored. I understand the picture on their website shows white branches and the actual branches may not be true to color. But there is no doubt they are not even close to the color on their web page. I need them for my daughters winter wedding, very disappointed. They are allowing me to send them back but I have to pay shipping cost.

Customer service was great. They went well beyond the call of duty to get my purchase to me expediently, but the product itself was not what I anticipated. Based on what I was viewed online, I was slightly disappointed. The baby's breath was very hard to separate. It never looked full as an arrangement. The glitter was everywhere!
